Into Nature

outside my head, into nature
literally open up
allow nature to do magic
worries and problems fade
a disappearing act
as the brain quiets down
the heart speaks
sun shining down
birds whistle
smell the flowers, trees and grass
all senses working
the mother soothes
relieves me of my burden
release my negativity, into the air
the wind
takes it all away
positivity remains as I return
inward, silence
nothing left to say
