praying, on the inside
fortunate to decorate the house
if you could call it that
small amounts of food
pick it out
clothes, rely on a handout
provided inedible meals
catch a fish
a celebration of life
the sea blessing
answered the call
restore hope there’s something
time hasn’t stood still
the outside world kept going
autonomy, I can go
but where am I going?
in circles
lost running track
watch a live game of football
take my mind off
do anything to feel normal
in unnatural surroundings
